Rents Climbing in Bend

The Bend Bulletin reported that rent in Bend Oregon are up 20% from last year.  That was according to a rental survey by the Central Oregon Rental Owners Association.  Now is a good time to buy an investment property.  It looks like we may be hitting the bottom of the real estate market in Bend.
