Homes for Sale in Bend Oregon

There are currently 1,656 homes for sale in Bend Oregon that are listed in the Central Oregon Multiple Listing Service.  This does not include condos, townhouses, mobile homes or residential acreage.  The least expensive home is listed for $119,500.  It is located in SW Bend on 9/10 of an acre.  It has one bedroom and one bath and was built in 1968.  There are currently 374 homes for sale in Bend $250,000 or less.  The median priced home is $359,450.

There are 117 homes over $1,000,000.  The most expensive home listed for sale in Bend is a luxury home in the gated golf course community of Broken Top.  It is listed for $6,000,000.  Prices are down substantially from 2006 and there is a good variety of homes to choose from.  It looks like the Bend Oregon real estate market is starting to stabilize so now is a good time to pick up a bargain.
