are advising our clients to avoid Pronghorn real estate until
further notice. We recommend Broken Top, Awbrey Glen and
other fine golf courses in Bend.

hand column. Here's an e-mail from an agent that has property
listed in Pronghorn.
"You have to join pronghorn for $115k and monthly
dues are $990 per month. The biggest problem is the uncertainty
of the
club itself. An agent has a sale pending for a group of 6 lots but
the builder won't close until he has some guarantees of the future
of the club. One closed at $9900 with the seller crediting the buyer
with $10k towards membership. Basically gave the lot away."
