Broken Top is one of the nicest gated,
golf course communities in Bend. Broken Top Golf Club has a luxurious
club house
and top quality golf course (Weiskopf/Morrish designed course). You
don't have to belong to the golf club to live in Broken Top and you
don't
have to live there to belong
to the club.
Broken Top has two schools within walking
distance and two more less than five minutes away. Downtown and
The Old
Mill District
are close
enough for a quick shopping trip, and world-class mountain biking
trails are right out the back door.
There's a small lake below the club
house at Broken Top that has been stocked with rainbow trout. Which
is a catch and release only. I've heard there are some big fish
in this lake.

Gated Community Rules - "The Gatehouse
at Broken Top is located at the main entrance and is staffed 24
hours
a day,
seven
days
a
week. You
may contact
the Gatehouse with any security issues, general questions, or homeowner
concerns.
After 11:00 p.m. the staff may be on
patrol but you may reach them on their "After Hours" cell phone number listed
below (a call can be made from the gate keypad which is located right
in front of the main gate - just simply follow the directions on
the screen). Otherwise, during normal business hours, the Gatehouse
staff may be reached at their main number.
Gatehouse staff members patrol the community
on a continuous basis and work to enforce the Broken Top CC&R's.
If you are expecting guests, please
alert the Gatehouse staff in advance as they can provide a map,
directions, and assistance for
your guest's entry into the community. Please note: If the Gatehouse
staff is unable to obtain authorization from the homeowner to admit
guests, the guests will be denied entry into the community until
permission can be obtained."
