There are currently 259 townhouses and condominiums for sale in Bend Oregon. The main difference between a townhouse and a condominium is that with a townhouse you own the land under the building. The condo is only “air space” everything within the walls. The home owners association owns the land under the home. Both types of ownership usually provides a home owners association and dues for maintenance and up keep.
The least expensive condo/townhouse is a one bedroom, one bath condo at The Inn of the Seventh Mountain. It’s listed for $79,900. The Inn at the 7th Mountain has had financial problems in the past so a buyer should beware and take due diligence to check out all home owner’s dues and stability of the association.
The most expensive condo/townhouse in Bend is listed at $1,500,000 in down town Bend on Bond Street. This condominium has exquisite city and mountain views, floor-to-ceiling windows, finely crafted interiors, generous outdoor living space, private elevator to unit, and a green, rooftop garden.
