The Old Mill District in Bend Oregon is one of the many reasons people are still buying real estate here. It is quickly becoming the hub of activity in the community. Shopping, dining, movies, concerts and other activities seem to keep the parking lots full most of the time.

Some of the past performances by top named musicians include Chris Isaak, John Hyatt, Lyle Lovett, Coldplay, Garrison Keillor and A Prairie Home Companion, Susan Tedeschi, Taj Mahal, Bob Dylan, Willie Nelson, Pink Martini, Cubanismo, The Beach Boys, Ben Harper, Jack Johnson, The Doobie Brothers and Brooks & Dunn. An unadvertised event is drifting the Deschutes River through the Old Mill. The river can be packed on a hot summer weekend.
