It looks like the summer of 2010 will be the bottom of the Bend Oregon real estate market. We are seeing multiple offers on well priced listings and homes that are priced right are selling within a couple of weeks.

A fair amount of these sales are still bank foreclosures. It looks like we will be seeing more bank foreclosures in the near future as there are still plenty of homes awaiting foreclosure. Now is probably one of the best times to buy since the recession of the early 80s.

Bend is a very desirable place to live. We are still seeing many retirees moving to Bend. Especially now that the prices are low. Bend is a great place to invest just by owning a home. Interest rates are near all time lows and prices are very attractive!!
